Reanimation is a beginner weight-loss 8-week program that is designed to help the client maximize muscle endurance (conditioning), increase muscle stabilization and increase energy expenditure for weight loss. This program has a low to moderate intensity level. There are two days of resistance training and a third day can be added once the client is comfortable with resistance training. This program is great for all Beginners.
